Alien Insect Creature Design

Creating monsters has always been a hobby of mine. There's just something about inventing a specimen that would only destroy upon being unleashed. Here's my attempt at designing a hideous insect alien that would somewhat fit into the Dead Space universe. This is part of an ongoing competition between me and my friend Jordan:
